St Brelade's College

Students can experience British life by staying with a local family for the duration of their course. They will generally share a room with a student of a different nationality, allowing them to practise their English, meet new people and find out about new cultures.

Three meals are included each day, along with transport to and from school each day and airport and harbour transfers.

Board: Full board, comprising breakfast, a packed lunch and an evening meal together

Rooms: Students usually share with students of a different nationality (max. 4 per household); juniors under 13 years must share with a friend or family member

Daily transport: School bus service or free public bus travel for teenagers in summer. In most cases students should expect to spend around 30 minutes on the bus, although in some cases the scheduled journey time may be up to 1 hour.

Transfers: Airport and harbour transfers included

Laundry & cleaning: Bed linen & bath towels provided, as well as weekly room cleaning. A light laundry service is provided once every two weeks.

The newly refurbished Peterborough House residence is a characterful former merchant house dating back to 1690 on the cobbled High Street in St Aubin. The stylish harbour village is conveniently located just a short walk from the school and offers a range of essential amenities and dining options.

Communal areas have been tastefully decorated, mixing old with new to create relaxing spaces to dine, study or socialise whilst gazing out over St Aubin’s bay and a 17th century fort.

A number of twin rooms are available for single parents sharing with one child and we offer a sea view suite which is suitable for couples with one younger child (under 14 years). The suite includes a bedroom, bathroom and separate lounge/kitchenette with temporary bed available.

Minimum age: 18 years (+ children accompanied by parent/s)

Board: Light continental breakfast (only in high season from 30th March - 2nd November)

Rooms: 11 en suite single, twin, double & treble rooms, some with sea views, 1 sea view suite with en suite facilities and a lounge/kitchenette

Location: 10 minutes walk to school, 5 minutes walk to the beach & harbour-front promenade with over 20 restaurants & pubs, supermarket & cash machine, 15-20 minutes bus ride to the airport & St Helier

Facilities: Communal areas include a kitchen, dining room, study room and terrace with sea views

Residential accommodation is available for students wanting to stay with other students from a range of different countries.

Two student residences are available during the summer holidays; Beachside residence No.1 & No.2 which are located side-by-side. They are located within a short walk of the main town St Helier & the beach and are just 2km from the summer study centre.

They will be provided with full board and will share a room with one or two other people. Residence staff are available at all times at the residence. Transfers to and from the harbour or airport are included.
