Embark on an educational journey that blends theory with practical application. This exciting programme encourages you to explore London's vibrant culture, communication, innovation and influence within your chosen academic stream through weekly themes, all while fostering your language development, presentation skills and deeper subject understanding. Embrace modern technology and ethical considerations and engage in cross-cultural comparisons within the global student body. Collaboration and mutual support are core to the classroom, creating a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
In your lessons, you will:

STEAM

Embark on an exciting adventure with our dynamic STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) programme. Develop your presentation skills, enhance your English language proficiency, and engage in project-based learning around a weekly theme. Our hands-on STEAM projects draw inspiration from London, exploring how the interdisciplinary world of STEAM influences and is influenced by communication, culture, innovation and the Arts.  Join us for an enriching experience. 

The Arts

Experience the ultimate Arts stream, tailored for creativity, where you can dive into the enchanting world of Literature, Creative Arts, Performing Arts and Music, all infused with the magic of a weekly London-themed adventure. Our project-based approach fosters skill development and hands-on learning, allowing you to craft your masterpiece inspired by the heart of London's rich culture and history, its communication, innovation and influence. Unleash your artistic potential.

Social Studies

Engage on a transformative journey in Social Studies, encompassing Sociology, Politics, History and Environmental Studies, all set against the backdrop of a weekly London-theme exploration. Our project-based approach will ignite your curiosity and help you hone essential English and study skills, enabling you to delve into the profound questions in our world and how you can make meaningful contributions to the world around you.

Situated in the city centre, DLD College overlooks Westminster and the River Thames so you cannot get a better London location. We are nestled on the foot of Westminster Bridge, amongst some of the most prestigious and historical buildings in the city.

DLD College is is a purpose build, modern school offering the best facilities:

- modern classrooms (including music, art, drama and photography studios),
- well-equipped science laboratories,
- large atrium & social space,
- modern dining hall serving a variety of delicious, multicultural home-made meals, an on-site coffee

- on-site boarding (single ensuite rooms - limited twin rooms available on request

Academic Summer runs in the summer at DLD College London. This is the only school in Central London with Boarding in the same building. Living immediately above the teaching facilities students feel that this is their ‘home away from home, and to that end, we approach students with holistic, all-around pastoral care. A team of Resident staff who can be contacted 24/7. Our commitment is to our students’ personal development, students' feedback tells us that they feel safe, happy, and at home here with us.

Visumsupport

Vi kan inte ansöka om visum för studenter. Dock kan skolan försörja dig med all dokumentation du behöver för att stödja din visumansökan.

Om du studerar i Storbritannien över 11 månader, så kommer du att få ett referensnummer kallat Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) som du överlämnar till Brittiska ambassaden tillsammans med din allmänna studentvisumansökan. Studenter som framgångsrikt har bokat en språkkurs och betalat avgifterna kommer att få ett CAS från AS London Westminster. Var vänlig notera att Brittisk lag säger att CAS enbart tilldelas studenter som planerar att studera engelska i över 11 månader.

Om du studerar i Storbritannien i 11 månader eller mindre, så måste du ansöka om ett speciellt visum som kallas Student Visitor Visa. Som en studentbesökare kan du inte arbeta på halvtid medans du studerar. Om du planerar att studera i Storbritannien i 11 månader eller mindre, så kommer ett antagningsbrev skickas till din hemadress genom vanlig post utan kostnad.
