Solemar Academy är en skola baserad i Cefalu, bara 300 meter från stranden. Skolan har 5 stora rum och har nyligen renoverats. Alla lärare har en examen som gör det möjligt för dem att lära sig italieska och de är också engagerade i att fortsätta "fortsatta språkkurser". Skolan är erkänd av Utbildningsdepartementet och är ett centrum för CELI-tentor.
